Okanagan Mounties Receive Awards

14 RCMP members from the South Okanagan received awards of distinction and Queens Diamond Jubilee Medals this month.
The members who are from Penticton, Osoyoos, Oliver, Summerland, Keremeos and the South Okanagan Traffic Services were presented the awards in Vernon.
Deputy Commissioner Craig Callens was on hand to present the medals and awards.
Service awards for the Mounties ranged from 20 years to 35 years on the force.
