Penticton Man Stabbed in Dispute: UPDATE

Penticton RCMP have recommenced charges against a 31 year old man who was involved with a stabbing on July 27th.

Joshua Rex Mason has been charged with aggravated assault, assault with a weapon and breach of probation after an argument on Power Street in Penticton escalated.

The victim, Clayton Raymond Bonthoux was taken to Kelowna General Hospital after he was stabbed in the neck and chest.

He remain in intensive care.

A third man was released from custody with the promise to appear in Penticton court on August 22nd.

All three men are well known to police.
